09/02/10   Minimising the impact of FSA's announcement concerning complaint data publication

The FSA has confirmed that firms will be required to publish complaints data from today. Firms that receive 500 or more complaints in a six month period will be required to publish twice a year how many complaints they have opened & closed, the percentage closed within eight weeks and the percentage of complaints upheld.
